Hofburg Imperial Palace

Belvedere Palace

Schloss Hetzendorf

  • Located in Meidling in Vienna, the Hetzendorf Palace is a hidden treasure that was originally owned by the Habsburgs.
  • Renovated by Johann Lukas von Hildebrandt, this former hunting lodge was later extended by Queen Maria Theresa for her mother, Queen Elizabeth Pristine  in 1743.
  • This is also one of the best palaces in Vienna the credits of which goes to its immense historical significance. Many events like the death of Queen Maria Carolina of Naples in 1814 and  Archduchess Maria Anna, daughter of Emperor Francis II in 1858 took place here only.

Palais Harrach

  • This marvellous architecture piece is one of the best palaces in Vienna which was built on the ruins of another fire burnt construction after being bought by Count Harrach.
  • This palace was built by two of the most eminent architects of that time, Christian Alexander Oedtl and Domenico Martinelli.

Palais Auersperg

  • Built by Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach and Johann Lukas von Hildebrandt in the early 1800s, the Palais Auersperg is one of the best palaces in Vienna.

Palais Schwarzenberg
