Visit Garuda Wisnu Kencana

Covering a wide area of 60 hectares, the Garuda Wisnu Kencana is a cultural park located in Ungasan, Badung Regency. The park is home to the 122-meter tall statue and almost as wide. The beautifully carved statue is based on Hindu Mythology and is the tallest statue in the country.

The artwork on the monument is done using brass and copper which are supported by 21,000 bars of steel and 170,000 bolts. Explore the Architecture of Tirta Gangga Place

Strictly speaking, Tirta Gangga is the name of the water palace which was built by the Raja or the king of Karangasem in the year 1948. However, the name is now used for the entire area which covers the water palace and the surrounding rural areas.

The water palace of Tirta Gangga which literally translates to water from The Ganges is a maze of pools and fountains which are enclosed by manicured gardens with stone carvings and statues. Visit the Marigold Fields at Desa Temukus

Explore Secret Canyon at Sukawati
