Worship at Kamakhya temple

Built in the 10th century, the Kamakhya temple is located 7km from the city of Guwahati. Highly recommended. We were a large family of 10 members, including children & aged parents & who booked package for Meghalaya & Shillong experiences. The homestay was excellent for cleanliness, hospitability, being tucked away from the chaos of the city, yet easily accessible to all amenities. Since we were a group of 9 friends planning for a long tour, we wanted everything to be in place so that we could utilize all of our time in having fun rather than worrying about things. Our visit to the largest monastery of India with Thrillophilia was just amazing. With top-notch amenities at the hotels and timely pick-up and drop services, the touring experience was great.
