Nestled in the serene, lush green forests of Doon Valley, the homestay is an architecturally crafted home created using the most eco-friendly materials like mud, stone, wood, and plenty of love. A few kilometres away from the Song river, this charming cottage gives an authentic Himalayan feel with its warm, woody decor and simple setup. The living room makes the ideal setting to have some fun-time with family and friends. 

About the room:
The stay has 4 spacious bedrooms that offer scenic views of the mountains leaving you happy from the minute you wake up and draw the curtains. Step in any of the 4 bedrooms here and you will find furniture made from local wood that lends a beautiful feel. Each bedroom has an attached washroom and can accommodate 2 guests per room.

About meals:
While here, do ask the in-house cook to serve you a couple of local specialities. All ingredients are locally sourced and have a different, fresh taste to them, something that we rarely find in cities. A hearty breakfast is included in the package and lunch and dinner can be availed on an a-la-carte basis at an additional cost. You can also cook your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

About activities:
- Participate in private yoga sessions conducted at the homestay
- Head out for a self-guided forest hike or a walk to the Song river; the gushing river surrounded by local pine trees is a sight to behold
- Pull out that camera and enjoy bird watching in the nearby forest area
- You can also indulge in some mountain biking, sky walking, river rafting, and more at an additional cost
- Later, spend your evening under the open star-lit sky

About access to common areas:
Guests have access to the living room, the balconies, the kitchen and other common areas.

About safety and hygiene:
- The retreat has increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including the lobby, doorknobs, common washrooms, etc.)
- Hand gloves being used when carrying out cleaning work and when handling waste
- The rooms and the entire stay is deep cleaned before every check in and post every check out

About its accessibility:
The stay is around 23 KM from Dehradun and private transfers would be the most suitable mode of transportation. Do not forget to keep your camera handy during the drive to the cottage. You would not want to miss clicking some of the most scenic views here.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Booking Confirmation Policy

  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
