Overview

About the Camp:

- Situated on a height of 8400 feet, this camp is surrounded by dense Pine, long wooded slopes of Deodar, Pine, Oak and Rhododendron forests. Imagine the place and now a view from here of Himalayan ranges. 
- The laps of nature and surrounded greenery is well-maintained for a perfect camping in the wild. Apart from this, the tents and rooms available are very comfortable for an overnight stay. Electricity with power backup is present for any emergency.


About the Activity:

CHECK IN TIME: 12:00 PM
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM

- Enjoy the serene beauty at first once you reach the camp at 12:00 PM and settle yourself in the comfortable camps.
- Without wasting a lot of time, you will be moving ahead with adventurous activities like Rock Climbing, Rappelling & Valley crossing with a jungle walk post lunch to make the dusk exciting.
- As the moon shines above, campfire and refreshments will be your friends first. Along with them, dinner will wait right there for you.
- Enjoy some stargazing before snugging into the tents for a deep sleep.

How to Reach?
- One can take an overnight Bus from New Delhi for Rishikesh / Dehradun and use local transport to reach Kanatal.
- Distance from Delhi to the camp is 310 kms and usually takes about 8 hrs.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival | Activities | Night in the jungle

    Check-In at the camp at 12:00 PM.

    General Briefing & Camp allotment by guide and management.

    Have a delicious lunch.

    Get ready for a session of Rock Climbing, Rappelling & Valley Crossing.

    After coming back to the campsite, tea/coffee will be served.

    Relax for sometime and enjoy the bonfire with snacks & Music.

    By this time, dinner will be served.

    After a full pack meal, stay in tents/rooms for a comfortable night.

  • Day 2 - Breakfast | Jungle walk | Goodbye

    Begin the day with tea/coffee and breakfast.

    Get ready for a Nature walk and trekking to Kaudia forest.

    Wind up by 11:00 and Check-out.

    Amazing experience trekking in the forests of Kaudia. Our guide Heera ji was well acquainted with the local tales and legends about the forest and the mountains. The view of the Himalayas was breathtaking, while our campsite was well maintained and very offbeat. I had come here with my colleagues, but now thinking about bringing my daughters here. There was also backup electricity in case of emergencies, and little mobile network. Perfect weekend. Thanks Heera ji, thanks Thrillophilia. Will recommend. Very satisfying.

    Even deep in the jungle, we had power back up support which made things easy for us like running to the washroom in the midnight in freezing cold. Tubelights made it easy for me.
