If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you were able to contact the operator within 2 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued.

Departure Transfers
For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby or the specified pick up point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
For departure transfers, the driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time. 
If you are still out of contact after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.

Note:
For airport transfers, no child seats or baby capsules will be provided. Infants must be seated on the lap of an adult
For airport pickups, the date selected at check out should be your flight arrival date (e.g. If your flight arrives at 11:45 pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)
No additional stops or detours will be permitted during the service. You will be dropped off directly to your hotel after being picked up from the airport.
Please note: Bookings need to be made at least 1 day before your transfer days with a cut-off time at 8:00 pm every day. Same day bookings are not available, you can only book for the following day.
