Pick up information: You must be in the lobby of your hotel 10 minutes before the pick up timing and you get your pick up van in Phuket Town, Patong, Kata, Karon Beach, Bypass Road, Tri-trang Beach, Kalim, Westin Siray Bay or Chalong.
