There are four types of cottages with a unique architecture and attached washrooms.

Deluxe Cottage : A 300 sq.ft room with a king size bed and valley view, that can accommodate a maximum of 9 people at a time with full amenities including a built-in toilet with hot shower facilities, a kettle jug, electrical points etc. There are 3 deluxe cottage at the property

Executive Room : A 300 sq.ft. room with a double bed with a view of mountain/ hill, that can accommodate a maximum of 12 people at a time with full amenities including a built-in toilet with hot shower facilities, a kettle jug, electrical points. There are 4 executive room at the property.

Family Cottage : A 400 sq.ft. room with a King-size bed and valley view that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people at a time with full amenities including a built-in toilet with hot shower facilities, a kettle jug, electrical points. There are 2 family cottage at the property.

Luxury Room : A 300 sq. ft. room with a double bed and a view of mountain/ hill, that can accommodate a maximum of 3 people at a time with full amenities including a built-in toilet with hot shower facilities, a kettle jug, electrical points. There is 1 luxury room at the property.

How to Reach:
The location is 52km from Almora, 116 km from Nainital. Shared & private cabs are easily accessible to the spot. Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa from a private or rented vehicle as this property has ample amount of parking space.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
