For international flights in Hanoi, the meeting point is at Pole 13, arrival Hall A2.
For domestic flights in Hanoi, please head outside arrival hall A/B or lobby E. The operator will reconfirm your pick up point in advance
Important: The driver will be waiting at the exit gate holding a sign with your name. The driver will only wait for 1 hour for domestic flights and 2 hours for international flights. A surcharge will apply after this timeframe. Please contact your driver in case of any delay. You will find the contact details on your voucher.

Hotel Pick Up Information:
Wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time
