About the Activity:

Churdhar Peak is located in the Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh. Also called Churi Chandni, meaning “ mountains in the bangles of snow”, one gets to witness amazing snow-clad ranges and peak of Badrinath and Kedarnath. The Churdhar Peak trek is the highest peak of outside Himalayan range with a modest elevation of 12,000 ft. This peak is visible from Shimla, Kasauli, and Kufri, owing to its height. At the top of the Churdhar peak, a giant statue of Lord Shiva looks mesmerizing as well as takes you back to the tales of the great Indian epics like Mahabharata and Ramayana. The stay will be in beautiful camps on the trek under the billion stars with bonfire.

Experience one of the best trekking trail and camping with amazing scenic views and a glimpse of mountains, forest, and lush green valley.

How to Reach:

The location is based at a 36 km Nohradhar / Solan and can be easily reached with the help of public and private transportation and the pick up will be done from Shimla Hotel.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Kasauli to Nauradhar Transfer | Check In to Hotel

    Pick up from Dharampur (near Kasauli) around 11:00 AM

    Drive to Nauradhar for around 3 hours

    Check in to hotel and have lunch

    Explore Nauradhar town

    Have dinner

    Overnight stay at Nauradhar Hotel

  • Day 2 - Trek to Base Camp Phalhi

    Wake up early and have breakfast

    Trek towards Phalhi - base camp

    Have the packed lunch after reaching

    Enjoy a yoga session in the evening

    Have dinner and overnight stay in tents

  • Day 3 - Summit Churdhar peak

    Wake up early and have breakfast

    Start summit trek around 7:00 AM

    Reach the peak and enjoy the 360 degree view

    Return to base camp Phalhi

    Have dinner and overnight stay in tents

  • Day 4 - Trek down to Nauradhar | Transfer to Kasauli

    Wake up early and have breakfast

    Trek down to Nauradhar

    Transfer to Dharampur (near Kasauli)

    Lunch will also be provided before the trip ends
