Enjoyed alot on this trip. The stays, location, and hospitality was too good, well organized and coordinated trek, views of the place would satisfy you immensely. The staff arranged a bonfire and light music in which all the group enjoyed the evening together, the foods were amazing. All in all, it was a rich expereince that we would cherish forever.

Yes, the Shivirama camp is extremely safe and also a safe option for solo female travellers. The campsite in Shivirama arranged with proper safety measures that ensure the safety of the entire group. You will also be accompanied by group leaders throughout your trip and they will assist you from time to time based on the activity performed.
You are requested to pay attention to the instructions given by an instructor for safety and security. You can also contact your group leader or tour operator, in case of any assistance. Additionally, the consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating product is strictly prohibited for maximum safety. We would recommend taking care of your personal belongings such as wallets, mobile phones, camera or any other valuables.
This campsite is located in Gharnala village of Kangra. You can reach the spot with the help of comfortable public and private transportation. If you are travelling by train then the nearest stations are Pathankot, Una and Gurdaspur Railway station at a distance of 143km, 165 km and 183 km respectively.
If you opt to travel via air then the nearest airport is in Dharmshala, Pathankot and Kullu at a distance of 64km, 143km and 146km respectively. You can also travel to this camp via road, the nearest cities are Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Jammu, Chandigarh and Amritsar at a distance of 210km, 240km, 250km, 254km and 265km respectively.
The ideal time to visit Shivirama camp is during summer season from May to June because of pleasant and comfortable weather and preferred by trekkers. You can also visit this campsite during the months of September to November for sightseeing, and outings.
If you just want to lay off, then you can visit during January month because of the unsupportable cold temperatures dipping to sub-zero levels.
You get to experience two meals a day, including finger-licking breakfast and either lunch or dinner during your Shivirama camp package.
The Shivirama camp package activities generally include camping and trekking. Apart from this, the camp package includes luxurious Rooms with MAP plan, Bonfire with Light Music.
