Nizamuddin Bicycle Tour Delhi

Once known as Dilli, Delhi was ruled by some of the most powerful emperors, whereas Nizamuddin is the best place to explore the history and culture of Delhi. It is an engaged neighborhood filled with market stalls and tiny shops. Explore the historic village which gets its name from the Sufi saint, Hazrat Nizamuddin.

This 15 km long cycling tour starts from the Humayun’s Tomb parking area with the courteous and helpful Hindi and English speaking guides. See the Mughal-style of Humayun's Tomb, a double-domed mausoleum. Start paddle through the busy roads and begin making your way to the first stops of the day- Nizamuddin Sufi village. Pass by the Kotla Mubarakpur Complex, a medieval village used as an upscale marketplace. After that see Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium which is India's national stadium.

Take a break at the Lodhi Garden, filled with lush greenery and blooming flowers, Have snacks or breakfast and chai at the local restaurant near the Lodhi Garden. After the delicious breakfast take a stop at the Khan market, which is famous for lip-smacking non-veg snacks. Enjoy shopping for some time at Khan market and then visit the Golf links. Conclude the tour to the same place where we started. 

How to reach:
Lajpat Nagar metro station is the nearest point from the start point, private cabs/taxis can be used to reach the start point easily. The exact start point will be shared post-booking.
