Bashleo Pass Trek Overview

Start Time of Trek: 7 AM 
 
Tirthan Valley Basleo Pass, perched at an altitude of 3277 m above sea level, this trek offers a beautiful mountain panorama; An ideal place for nature lovers to have their camping and trekking experience and spot lots of birds.

The beautiful pass leads you straight to the village of Kullu Sarahan near Rampur which is famed for its beauty. Your trekking trail starts at the last motorable village of Batahad (8 km from Gushaini). You will be climbing for around 6 hours through lovely green meadows and forests to the pass which is at 3277 meters. Explore some of the majestic beauty of the region as you keep continuing your trek
The altitude is around 1500 meters to 3300 meters. A professional guide is with you on the whole trek to ensure your safety and make it more interesting. Apart from that also enjoy some delicious lunch between this magnificent trek in the bosom of mother nature. Conclude your tour after trekking back to Aut and take your journey back home.

How to reach:
One can take a Semi- Sleeper Bus or private taxi from Delhi/Chandigarh to Aut, which will be the reporting point.

Bashleo Pass Trek Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Aut to Gushaini (1800mtrs)

    On your first day, you will be picked up from the Volvo station Aut and transfer to the cab.

    Drive towards Gushaini 32kms in the direction of Tirthan Valley one of the offbeat and unexplored areas of the Himachal Pradesh.

    You will drive all the way along with river and some beautiful and old architectural hamlets.

    Entering through the compact valley and in the passage of massive mountains.

    Transfer to the riverside campsite at Gushaini.

    Overnight stay at the tents.

  • Day 2 - Gushaini (1800mtrs) – Bathad(2220mtrs)- Rani Panni (3000mtrs)

    After Breakfast and packed lunch drive towards Bathad Village and start your trek to Rani Panni.

    Today, your whole the route passes through green fields and thick forests.

    It will take 4 to 5 hrs to reach till your destination.Valley is on the top of altitude from where you can spot two different valleys from one point.

    The panoramic view of both sides is really wonderful and breathtaking.

    You will pitch up tents on beautiful meadows evening snacks and a small bonfire with dinner.

    Overnight stay at tents.

  • Day 3 - Rani Panni to Bashleo Pass

    Enjoy a delicious morning breakfast and with packed lunch you will trek for one hour to reach until the ridge point of the mountain that is complete unhidden and unexplored meadow.

    Explore and spend some good times at the top of the point with photography and take rest for a while and by evening get back to our basecamp.

    Overnight stay at tents.

  • Day 4 - Rani Panni to back Batahad and Aut

    After delicious breakfast you will trek back as we had last day.

    Enjoy the amazing vistas once again as you trek back and reach Aut.

    Take your journey back home.

    End of tour.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

    We had seen villages, forests, mountains, meadows, and lakes in this trek. The views of this place were marvelous and eye-catching. The best part about this trek is it is not at all crowded and has the best scenic beauty. The campsite was beside the river and the morning views from there were simply amazing. We even had a bonfire on day 2 which was the best part of the entire trekking experience.

    The place is incredibly beautiful and breathtaking. It has amazing beautiful views of the mountains and forests. The place was also quite peaceful and we had the best time ever been so close to nature. The camping was also great and the food was good too.
