- There is no late night or peak time surcharges

- Depending upon your travel requirements and the size of your group, you can make the choice between a wagon with capacity of 3 or a minivan with a capacity of 7 passengers in addition to the driver

- Both wagons and minivans are air-conditioned and well maintained

- An English speaking professional driver will accompany you during the transfer

- Fuel expenses, driver fee, and toll fee are already included in the package 

Arrival Transfers:

- For airport transfers for Mirissa from the airport, the driver will be waiting for you holding a placard with your booking name outside the arrival hall of the airport

- The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from the scheduled landing time of your flight. If the flight landing is delayed more than 1 hour, you are required to email or message to see if the driver is still available. For waiting time exceeding 1 hour, a surcharge of USD 10 per hour shall be applicable

- In case you are out of contact even after 2 hours of the scheduled landing time of your flight, it will be deemed ‘no show’ and the driver will leave. No refund shall be issued in such case

- If a delay of longer than 2 hours from the scheduled landing time is caused due to unforeseen circumstances, and you contact the operator within 2 hours from the scheduled landing time, you are entitled to full refund 

Departure Transfers:

- Be available at the lobby of your hotel or the specified pick up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time for departure transfer

- The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time for departure transfer. Please call and inform the operator in case of any further delay

- If you cannot be contacted or you do not show up even after the waiting time is over, the driver will leave. No refund will be issued in such case.
