- Operation hours: 4:30am-12:30am, daily
- How to get there: follow the signage to the KLIA Ekspres counter at level 1

KLIA - KLIA South Platform, Level 1
- Operation hours: 4:30am-12:30am, daily
- How to get there: follow the signage to the KLIA Ekspres counter at level 1

KLIA - KLIA International Arrival Promotion Booth, Level 3
- Operation hours: 7:15am-10:30 pm, daily
- How to get there: the counter is located before immigration, opposite the Tune Talk’s booth|

KLIA2 - Gateway, Level 2, and KLIA Ekspres Station Counter
- Operation hours: 4:30am-12:30 am, daily
- How to get there: the counter is located on level 2, opposite the Uniqlo store

KL Sentral Station - KLIA Ekspres Departure Hall Counter, Level
- Operation hours: 4:15am-12: 30 am, daily
- How to get there: it's near the Malaysian Airlines ticket office

KL TravelPass Perks Validity Information: 
The card is encoded with different ticket types, please take note of the following validities within the pass:

KLIA Ekspres:
- The KLIA Ekspres ticket is valid for 1 month from your selected redemption date.

Rapid KL Rail Service:
- The first usage of the pass for any Rapid KL rail services must be made within 1 month from your redemption date.
- The unlimited rides on the LRT, MRT, and KL Monorail only last for two consecutive calendar days starting from the first train ride.
