Experience of staying in a reserved forest area along with a flavor of soft adventure is a wonderful way to make sure you have a perfect weekend.

Factual Information:
This place was once the hunting ground for Royal Nawabs of Bhopal. The villagers of Samardha, with their love for nature, are the people who run this place. There is a highway road surrounded by clusters of natural flora and lush greenery all around taking you towards the Jungle Camp. Another attraction of the Jungle camp is exposure to the culture of very small Samardha village as this jungle camp is the main source of livelihood for Samardha villagers. You can also explore the attractions nearby on your own, like the dense forest of Samardha, Mahadev Pani, and a cave called “Chudail Dant Gufa”.

Stay:
Comfortable Camping Tents on double sharing basis, that come along with constructed washrooms.
The Jungle camp has a camping capacity of 20 people.

Activity:
The camp offers a short Jungle Trekking experience, which is a great way to get close to the nature in the Samardha Forest. A treasure hunt in the jungle will also be another fun experience. Start the new day by going on a short morning walk in nature, probably even spot some rare birds residing in the jungle. The camp also has many group activities like Tyre Balancing, Stomach crawl, Blow to win, Balance the Rope and Team Building activities like Tribal War, Flag making, Human Catapult, Spear Through, Archery and Gola Phenk. For the adventurer in you, you can try your hand at River Crossing.


How to reach the stay?
Samardha Jungle Camp is located 30 km northeast of Bhopal. From Bhopal take the Raisen road till village Padariya which is a forest checkpoint, from here take a left turn drive for 10 km more to reach Samardha Jungle Camp. Guests can come in their own vehicles or hired vehicles to the campsite.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Check In | Jungle Trek | Rope Activities

    11:30 AM: When you arrive at the Adventure Campsite, you will be greeted by our representatives and treated with a refreshing welcome drink.

    12:30 PM: Briefing about the two days' plan by the Jungle Camp staff.

    1:00 PM to 2:00 PM: Traditional and ethnic Lunch will be served.

    2:00 PM to 2:30 PM: Take 30 minutes of rest after lunch.

    2:30 PM to 4:30 PM: Get the flavor of wilderness with a guided Jungle Trek, followed by the exciting activities of River Crossing and Balance the Rope.

    5:00 PM: Hi Tea and Snacks.

    6:00 to 9:00 PM: Enjoy the evening with a campfire and live music with a guitarist.

    9:00 to 10:30 PM: Light and ethnic dinner will be served. Get a good overnight sleep in the midst of a jungle.

  • Day 2 - Nature Walk | Fun Games

    5:00 to 7:00 AM: Start your morning with a short nature walk. Also enjoy Bird Watching.

    8:00 to 9:00 AM: Breakfast will be served.

    10:00 to 12:00 PM: Enjoy exciting activities like Archery, Human Catapult, Blow to Win, Spear Through and many more.

    12:30 to 1:30 PM: Lunch will be served.

    2:00 PM: Check-out and bring the experience to an end.
