Please be at your hotel lobby or pick up point at least 15 minutes prior to the pick-up time stated during checkout. No refunds will be given for latecomers and no-shows
The driver will wait up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick-up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of MYR 60 per hour, to be paid in cash directly to the driver.

Surcharge:
Pick up and drop off is available within Genting Highlands and Kuala Lumpur city/Bukit Bintang area only. Additional surcharges will apply to pick up and drop off locations outside of these areas. The surcharge must be paid in cash directly to the driver.

Perodua Alza/Avanza/Almera (1-3 travellers)
Toyota Hiace (4-7 travellers)
Cam Placer (8-12 travellers)

Note:
The booking shall be allocated on the basis of a car. An entire car shall be allocated if the booking is made for 1 person. On booking with a group of 1-3 persons, you shall avail the facility of a car. And on booking with a group of 4-7, you shall be travelling on an SUV. And a van can accommodate a group of 8-12 persons. 
The maximum number of persons in a group who can book the package is 12.
One traveller can only bring one medium size luggage.
