1. You need to apply the coupon code that you have won during your booking process and get an open dated voucher for your selected resort where you would like to travel in the future.
2. Once you are planning to go to the resort, they need to reach out to the Thrillophilia team at-least 10 days before the planned date of travel by raising your inquiry using the link - https://thrillophilia.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new. Thrillophilia team to check on the availability of the preferred dates and issue you a booking voucher that can be used for your check- in at the resort.
2. Thrillophilia team to check on the availability of the preferred dates and issue you a booking voucher that can be used for your check- in at the resort.
3. In case of unavailability of rooms on your selected date, Thrillophilia team to offer best alternate resort options available for the same requested date or offer other future available dates.
4 .Customer to reach out to the Thrillophilia team in case of adding further room nights to its existing voucher or upgrade either on the room category or on the meal plan.
5. In case of cancellations, Customers will be charged cancellation charges based on the cancellation policies of the resort at the time of booking. If the customer wishes to reschedule his travel dates, they need to pay the difference amount after deduction of the cancellation fee to avail the voucher for future available dates.
