The placard will have the booking name written on it for easier identification- The driver will wait in the arrival hall for 1 hour after the landing time of your flight. If the guest delay more than 1 hour, kindly message or email the operator to enquire about the availability of the driver. The details of the operator will be mentioned on the booking voucher. An additional fee of LKR1,800 (USD10) per hour is applicable after exceeding the wait time- No Show will be considered if you do not contact within 2 hours of flight landing. In such case, the driver will leave the airport and no refund will be made- A full refund is issued, in case of some delays due to unforeseen circumstances and we are informed within two hours of landingDeparture Transfers:- For the departure transfer, kindly reach the hotel lobby or the specified pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time- The driver will wait at the pickup point for 15 minutes. In case of further delay, inform the operator or call at Klook hotline services in order to inform about the delay- If you do not reach the pickup point within 15 minutes of scheduled time and no contact is made with the operator, driver or Klook hotline, then it will be considered a ‘no show’. In such case, no refund will be made
