By Air: The closest airport to Gunung Payung Beach is Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar. The airport is approximately 20.3 kilometres from the beach. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or a private car, which will take you directly to Gunung Payung Beach. The drive usually takes about 40 minutes to an hour.

By Road: If you are travelling from Denpasar, the distance to Gunung Payung Beach is around 25.9 kilometres. The journey by car or motorbike can take around an hour. You can follow the Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai and then continue on the Jl. Dharmawangsa towards the beach to enjoy a scenic drive.

From the popular tourist area of Kuta, the beach is roughly 19.6 kilometres away. Travelling by car or motorbike is the most convenient option. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour via Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai. 

By Public Transportation: Public transportation in Bali doesn't serve Gunung Payung Beach directly. However, you can take a bus or bemo (a local minivan) towards Nusa Dua and then hire a taxi or a motorbike taxi (ojek) to cover the remaining distance to the beach. This option can take more than 1.5 to 2 hours from major areas like Denpasar or Kuta.

By Bicycle or Motorbike: For those who prefer adventure, renting a bicycle or a motorbike can be a rewarding way to reach Gunung Payung Beach.
